Quality Assurance Administrator

As a Quality Assurance Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the development implementation and maintenance of quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations. This role involves documentation control audit preparation data analysis and coordination with various departments to uphold quality standards across the organization.
Key Activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain draft and update quality documentation including processes SOPs work instructions and quality manuals.
  • Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001:2015 IRIS EHS or other relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate training sessions related to quality systems and procedures.
  • Manage document control systems ensuring timely review and approval of quality documents.
  • Provide administrative support for the quality team (data entry document collection document filing and note taking etc.).
  • Draft reports and document as instructed.
  • Translate proofread and release quality documents in a timely manner while adhering to Stadlers brand guidelines.
  • Develop spreadsheets in Excel.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations related to training documents.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma
  • 2 years experience in document control.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to uphold strict confidentiality standards in all aspects.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all interactions and responsibilities.
