Job Description

Ready to start your careerWe are seeking aMarketing Events Coordinatorto join our Marketing team. This hands-on role will handle the execution of events where Mockler Beverage is represented. This includes physical setup and teardown vendor and community partner relations product delivery and post-event reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all aspects of events including the physical setup and teardown of marketing equipment such as draught trailers stages tents tables bins and banners.
- Deliver products to event sites and collect payment where applicable ensuring proper handling of invoices and product inventory.
- Attend events as a brand representative providing professional on-site support and post-event recaps to management.
- Maintain clear and ongoing communication with community organizers sponsors and supported organizations.
- Oversee maintenance cleanliness and inventory of marketing equipment and supplies including tents trailers POS materials and more.
- Work with administrative staff to ensure timely submission of licensing documents and correct event account setup.
- Ensure compliance with ATC regulations and company policies related to alcohol sales and event operations.
- Accurately track and reconcile product usage and sales for events.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable with physical work including setting up event equipment and lifting up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to work nights weekends and holidays as event schedules require.
- Ability to tow and back trailers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid drivers license and ability to safely operate company vehicles.
