We are currently seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to help expand our market presence and build long-term client relationships. Position Overview The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business conducting site assessments and presenting tailored solutions for a range of facility services. This role requires regular travel to client sites across Florida so candidates must be comfortable being on the road frequently. Key Responsibilities - Identify develop and close new business opportunities in commercial industrial and institutional markets
- Promote and sell a full suite of services including:
- High-rise and low-rise window cleaning
- Caulking and sealing windows and joints
- Pressure washing building exteriors walkways and structures
- Leak detection and minor exterior repair
- Commercial janitorial services
- Travel regularly to conduct on-site inspections and build client relationships
- Prepare customized proposals and presentations based on client needs
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful project execution
- Stay current on industry trends safety regulations and service innovations
Qualifications - 2 years of B2B sales experience ideally in facility services construction or property maintenance
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience with or willingness to learn about building exterior systems and janitorial services
- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to client sites
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
