About The Opportunity
This is a 1-year fixed term position with the possibility of renewal based on continuing external funding.
The Institute for NanoSystems Innovation (NanoSI) at Northeastern University is actively seeking a Research Engineer to develop document and perform semiconductor process modules and run full process flows. The individual will work in the clean room and will play a critical role in the process development for various thin-film deposition and etching systems. As part of a NanoSI team the candidate will be responsible for creating using and maintaining new etch and deposition processes.

$75210.00 - $106230.00With the pay range(s) shown above the starting salary will depend on several factors which may include your education experience location knowledge and expertise and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role.
