Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday 7:30am - 11:30am Must have availability to train and cover other routes as needed

SUMMARY
As a Courier you are a professional who delivers and maintains specimen integrity and solves client issues so that our caregivers can provide accurate analysis and quality care to our patients.
ATTRIBUTES
Five (five) years of driving experience with a valid drivers license required
Friendly kind and customer service oriented
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and make decisions
RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Assignments. Execute each courier route with efficiency ensure the integrity of each delivery; access navigate and send correspondence using designated computer
Customer Service. Perform duties in a professional and courteous manner promote superior customer service and customer relations; use sound judgment to problem solve if client issues arise; understand and respect patient confidentiality
Documentation. Report equipment condition and notify coordinator of maintenance requirements

NYS DL - valid New York State Drivers License - New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (NYSDMV)PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking standing or squatting.For disease specific care programs refer to the program specific requirements of the department for further specifications on experience and educational expectations including continuing education requirements.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience relevant qualifications specialty internal equity location and contracts.
