Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our Product team. You will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of product strategies that improve delivery operations customer experience and internal tools for our courier and logistics business.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in defining product roadmap and strategy in collaboration with senior product managers.
Work closely with operations tech and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear product specifications.
Support end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation design development testing and launch.
Analyze user behavior market trends and business KPIs to identify product opportunities.
Ensure smooth execution of product releases with clear documentation and communication.
Monitor product performance post-launch and collect feedback for improvements.
Requirements:
13 years of experience in product management preferably in logistics e-commerce or tech startups.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
Basic understanding of agile development and product lifecycle management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in logistics supply chain or delivery tech is a plus.
Exposure to tools like JIRA Confluence SQL or product analytics platforms (e.g. Mixpanel GA).
MBA or a degree in Engineering Business or a related field is preferred.
