Your Mission
We are looking for a B2B SaaS Client Success Manager to join our Sports squad a strategic team working with key clients in the sports industry.
You will manage long-term relationships lead product onboarding training and ongoing optimization helping clients succeed through tailored solutions and outstanding service.
This is an opportunity to blend business strategy relationship management and technical expertise working closely with internal teams to improve customer engagement and optimize onboarding flows.
