Insurance Advisor - Employee Benefits Service Centre
As an Insurance Advisor Employee Benefits Service Centre with Western Financial Group you will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of employee benefit clients. You will provide ongoing support for existing client and build your portfolio with the addition of new policies. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our external clients and internal partners.
Here is what a typical day looks like
Analyzing clients risks and exposures providing options and solutions for their consideration and cross-selling Western Financial Group products
Providing a detailed action plan to the Manager Employee Benefits Service Centre for all groups in retention scenarios
Aligned with defined targets engage in ongoing client connections by supporting plan administrators in the daily administration of benefit programs with a strong emphasis on Know Your Client (KYC) practices to enhance service quality and client satisfaction
Executing program renewal processes including negotiating rates and acceptance of renewal terms; proposing coverage changes; and developing retention strategies for at-risk accounts
Updating systems with New Group information client communications and plan changes
Reviewing new business applications preparing enrolment packages and following up with clients to obtain missing information
The value you bring
LLQP License required
Experience working from a desktop computer and navigating web-based platforms
Experience providing an exceptional client experience
The ability to communicate professionally in person over the phone and through email
A desire to learn our systems and processes.
The ability to gauge new opportunities through consistently executed client connections
Cultivate strong client relationships through active listening and personalized engagement with a focus on identifying needs driving premium growth and delivering tailored insurance solutions that align with customer goals.
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Location: Winnipeg MB (Hybrid)
