In this role you will create and oversee employee rosters dedicated to meeting the specific needs of our Children and Young People by appropriately staffing our residential care services. Applying your high developed interpersonal skills you will foster confidence and trust among internal managers and team members all while ensuring that our employees are scheduled in a manner that upholds and advances workforce sustainability.
