Your Role:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle systems efficiently and accurately
- Use diagnostic tools and special equipment to test and troubleshoot issues
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding vehicle needs and repair estimates
- Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer standards
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering dependable service
- Uphold safety and quality standards at every turn
What You Bring:
- FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) Certification
- Proven experience in automotive service and diagnostics
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Customer-focused mindset with technical precision
- Ability to operate modern diagnostic equipment
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must pass background screenings
