You have a track record of driving client retention upsell/cross-sell strategies and long-term relationship growth
You collaborate effectively with sales delivery and marketing teams to align on client goals
You are analytical data-driven and comfortable with reporting on client health risks and revenue forecasts
You have excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills and are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
