We are seeking a dedicated Business Assistant to join our Leveraged Finance team in EMEA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to perform diverse administrative duties that require confidentiality a strong work ethic and a common-sense approach. If you have a solid PA background and thrive in a demanding environment this position is for you.

As a Business Assistant in Leveraged Finance you will perform diverse administrative duties requiring confidentiality and a strong work ethic. You will support various tasks requiring flexibility due to the demanding nature of the role. This position is based in the office five days a week.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle internal and external client interactions with professionalism.
  • Coordinate complex travel plans including flights VISAs and accommodations.
  • Organize internal/external meetings and conference calls.
  • Partner with offshore expense teams to manage business expenses.
  • Utilize internal systems for accurate data entry.
  • Assist with scheduling review committees and interview set-ups.
  • Act as an integral partner to the business understanding group priorities.
  • Exhibit teamwork and flexibility.
  • Collaborate with assistants for back-up coverage.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects and provide training to new joiners.
  • Demonstrate strong technical abilities.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

  • Build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Competent in diary management and understanding competing priorities.
  • Coordinate events such as Town Halls and Roadshows.
  • Show initiative and ownership within the role.
  • Exhibit strong technical skills and champion expense policy.
  • Maintain a professional approach in pressured environments.
  • Drive stakeholders schedules and manage time effectively.
  • Deliver high-quality results with attention to detail.
  • Understand the culture of Investment Banking.
  • Build networks and work in partnership with peers and management.
  • Quickly grasp the political landscape and key people within the organization.

  • Experience in team management.
