About Us
Our client is a well-established provider of high-quality bespoke joinery solutions across the retail commercial and luxury residential sectors. With a strong reputation for craftsmanship innovation and precision they are trusted by leading designers architects and contractors across the UK.

They specialise in bringing ambitious design concepts to life and work with clients who demand exceptional standards. Due to continued growth they are now looking to recruit experienced and skilled Bench Hand Joiners with a keen eye for quality and detail.

The Role Bench Hand Joiner
As an essential member of the workshop team you will be responsible for producing high-end bespoke joinery from technical drawings through to final assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture bespoke joinery from CAD and 3D Inventor drawings with a high degree of accuracy

  • Work with a wide range of materials including MDF MFC solid timber laminates and solid-surface

  • Operate woodworking machinery power tools and hand tools to a professional standard

  • Produce clean and precise assemblies with excellent finishing and edging

  • Liaise with project managers designers and site teams where required

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in high-end joinery production

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists

  • Proven background in bespoke one-off or small-batch joinery projects

  • Strong knowledge of joinery methods and finishing techniques

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced quality-focused environment

  • Solid-surface and installation experience would be advantageous but is not essential
