Job Description
What you will do
- First level support service (Bomgar)
- Administration and resolution of incidents/issues (Service Now)
- Administration and maintenance of technological equipment (Entra Intune Nexthink Office 365 Windows 11 Zoom)
- Installation and upgrading of technological equipment (Entra)
- Administration and replacement of mobile devices (Intune)
What we require
- Good English communication skills
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Eagerness to work as a team
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Offer Terms:
- Intern position
- 6-9 months
- Start date September 2025
- Schedule: 09:00h 18:00h
- Central Madrid office very well communicated and accessible
