Job Description
Disassemble and clean all ovens stoves grills and deep fat fryers; properly reassemble when cleaning is concluded.
Strain and refill grease in fryers as needed.
Wipe clean and polish all stoves hoods and stove vents
Qualifications :
Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift.
Must have a working knowledge of all chemical and processes used.
Must be able to maneuver approximately 50 pounds and push or pull loads up to 300 pounds with the assistance of a cart or flatbed truck regularly through a shift.
Must be able to lift bend kneel stoop scrape grasp reach etc. repeatedly throughout shift.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
