We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Director of Shelter Operations to lead our survivor services team ensuring high-quality support for individuals on their journey to healing and independence. A Day in the Life:
Imagine starting your day meeting with program managers checking in on team morale and ensuring that our emergency shelter and survivor services are running smoothly. Youll strategize with the CEO and leadership team on program improvements collaborate with community partners on housing and healthcare solutions and ensure our services align with trauma-informed best practices. Your day may also involve mentoring staff resolving conflicts with a strengths-based approach overseeing grant reporting and driving initiatives that foster a culture of respect empowerment and continuous improvement. Every day is different but one thing remains the same: you are making a difference in the lives of survivors and the team who supports them.
