This well-respected firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Litigator with experience handling complex litigation matters from inception through trial and mentoring junior attorneys.

About the Role:
- Handle real estate title escrow and lending litigation matters
- Represent clients in trials hearings arbitrations and mediations
- Draft and review pleadings motions and discovery
- Attend depositions and manage client interactions
- Negotiate settlements and participate in court proceedings
- Mentor junior attorneys and help foster a collaborative legal team
Ideal Candidate:
- Comfortable leading cases and taking them to trial
- Understanding of title insurance escrow and real estate finance
- Familiar with residential and commercial disputes contested foreclosures landlord-tenant issues and quiet title actions
- Strong mentorship and leadership skills
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
