What will you be doing in this role:

Our future colleague will drive the standardization and harmonization of the process across different regions and functions minimizing variations and promoting consistency.

This will be done through the following activities:

• Performing process design ensuring it aligns with the overall business strategy and goals.
• Drive the standardization and harmonization of the process across different regions and functions minimizing variations and promoting consistency.
• Monitoring and managing process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics identifying areas for improvement and driving efficiency gains
• Leading initiatives to continuously improve the process leveraging best practices technology and data analysis
• Collaborating with various stakeholders across different departments and regions building consensus and fostering a culture of collaboration
• Managing the change process associated with process improvements ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption
• Ensuring the process complies with relevant regulations standards and organizational policies

What do we expect from you:

• Ability to work independently efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure
• Experience in Agribusiness/ Agri commodity trading industry preferred
• Experience in working with SAP system
• Experience in working in a GCC (Global capability center) environment preferred
• Advanced English skills
