Job Title: Commercial Account Handler
Location: Leicester
Salary: up to 40000 per annum
PURPOSE OF ROLE
We are currently working with a leading global broker who due to expansion are recruiting for a Commercial Account Handler. This role will suit an individual who is looking to learn/develop within their career. This individual must have experience dealing with commercial policies but our client will consider individuals from a Motor background.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertake sales activities ensuring delivery of sales and marketing targets
- Responsible for the management and development of new and existing accounts
- Working under minimal supervision and be responsible for delivery of own sales and business performance targets
- Identify and deliver appropriate marketing campaigns
- Actively engage and support wider portfolio of clients
DAY-TO-DAY
- Role will be all commercial account handling
- Opportunity to deal with existing clientele
- Take ownership of problems and their resolution seeking assistance where necessary
- Deal with renewals MTAs and new business enquiries
- Hybrid working
- Onsite training and support towards qualification
EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of sales processes within relevant market
- Experience dealing with commercial policies (Motor background will be considered)
SKILLS
- Computer literate
- Ability to work in a team/team player
- Excellent communication time management negotiation presentation and relationship building skills
- Self-motivated and resilient
- Account campaign management skills
