You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailFranklin University a private independent accredited not-for-profit University located in Columbus Ohio invites applicants for its part-time (up to 28 hours per week) Academic Support Coordinator position. This position provides support to the universitys academic support programs by facilitating communication between the department workshop facilitators tutors and faculty. Provide customer service to students faculty and staff through phone and email. Conduct target outreach calls to help pair students with support needed. Conduct CRLA certification training with tutors to maintain our high standard of tutor training.
This role will work an onsite hybrid schedule.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications Preferred Skills and Characteristics:
A bachelors degree in a related field and a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in higher education administration or a related field is required. Candidates must possess excellent written and interpersonal communication computer and customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to identify define and evaluate problems and create appropriate strategies and solutions. Must be a self-starter organized and detail-oriented.
