Position Summary
The University of Denver Sturm College of Law seeks applications from full-time members of its faculty to serve as the Co-Director of the University of Denvers Executive Certificate in Affordable Housing Program a collaboration between the Rocky Mountain Land Use Institute at the Sturm College of Law and the Burns School of Real Estate & Construction Management at the Daniels College of Business. The Program is designed to train real estate professionals developers planners policy makers attorneys civic leaders housing advocates property managers architects lenders and others on topics relating to affordable housing development and in the practical skills necessary to work in this specialized and rapidly evolving sector. The term of the position extends to June 30 2027.

Salary Grade Number

Compensation
The compensation for this position is $12000 annually.
The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate departmental budget availability internal salary equity considerations and available market information but not based on a candidates sex or any other protected status.
