This exciting role will primarily support our Global Training and Professional Services Business and will combine Facilitation Coaching Training and Developing Employees Project Management and Project Delivery.
The role
Joining a successful Business Improvement Team this position will support a range of Improvement / Change Initiatives working alongside other internal Business Partners as well as collaborating with customers and suppliers as and when appropriate.
Instructs others in continuous improvement tools and principles. Assists in formatting updated training materials. Leads and facilitates (Lean tool certified) process improvement efforts. Supports advanced continuous improvement tool application. Participates in strategy development. Conducts Beta tests on new tools.

Design/Build Prototype

Knowledge of how to apply principles processes and tools to various work environments to enable implementation of enterprise wide Boeing Production System (Toyota Production System).
Operational Analysis
Knowledge and ability in examining operations and procedures formulating policies and developing and implementing lean strategies and procedures.
Presentation Skills/Techniques
Knowledge of presentation techniques (e.g. posture speakers relationship to audience use of intonation and props use of visual aids and pacing).

Ability to determine the process to be used to accomplish goals properly document processes know how to organize people and activities understand how to separate and combine tasks into efficient work flow identify opportunities for synergy and integration and simplify complex processes.

Ability to support lead and delegate the project teams responsibilities and tasks through all stages of the project life cycle.
Supply Chain Strategy
Advanced knowledge of supply chain strategies (e.g. inventory reduction parts kitting supplier consolidation optimum flow lead-time reduction).

This includes the ability to see and understand the inter-relationships between components of systems and plans anticipate future events and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance.
