American Workforce Groupis a hiring for local concrete supply distribution facility inRidgefield WAlooking to hire for an important accounts payable position.

Description for Accounts Payable:
- Process accounts payable by properly assigning expense accounts to invoices obtaining necessary approvals and ensuring timely payment to vendors
- Match vendor trade payable invoices to corresponding purchase order and freight invoices
- Scan weekly check run backup into MaxRecall
Details for Accounts Payable:
- Pay:$24-$26/hour DOE
- Schedule:Monday-Friday
- Shift Hours:730am-4pm
Requirements for Accounts Payable:
- Associates degree or 1 or more years of equivalent work experience with AP and general bookkeeping
- Proficient computer skills including MS Windows Word Excel
- Preferred knowledgeable in software and MaxRecall
