Job Description

Job Purpose

The purpose of this job is to ensure achievement of business targets and enhancement of profitability of the assigned FPDs by providing effective leadership monitoring people performance & ensuring timely operations & providing support to ensure smooth functioning.
The product portfolio includes broking mutual funds life insurance health insurance cards and loans.

Job Context & Major Challenges

Aditya Birla Money Ltd. (ABML) is primarily a Broking Company that deals in Equity Commodity & Currency. Workforce of 800 spread across 40 locations with customer base of more than 3 lacs. ABML is one of the leading securities trading companies in the country. ABML operates in a fragmented equity broking business and has a daily turnover of close to 3000 Crores with a market share of 1%. Financial Product Distribution Channel of ABM will cater to the dynamic needs of the market for different products like Health Insurance Life Insurance Mutual Fund etc. Through this new channel ABM is venturing into the budding domain of multiplicity that works on the principle of supplying after understanding demand. The channel will work in sync with the units of ABC whose primary products will be in our product range.

Meeting the Competition Teams and doing Competition Talent Mapping.
Engaging the FPDs and keeping themKRA2To ensure effective risk management & policy adherenceTo ensure adherence of all regulatory compliances & critical policies set by the company.KRA3To ensure customer management & engagementTo plan and execute local area programs and referrals programs
To focus on retention of customers higher revenue generation and referral activities.
To continuously scan the local market penetration & competitive offerings & report on emerging trends for different product lines.
To ensure client records are up to date in terms of financial details & contact ability
To ensure speedy resolution of client queries and grievances to maximize satisfaction levelsKRA4To effectively manage day to day team administration and operations for smooth functioning of the teamTo monitor and foster all daily operations of the team
To handle a team of Financial Product Distributors and motivate them in target achievements.KRA5To ensure training and development for team effectivenessEnsure all the FPDs in the team attend the training timely and effectivelyKRA6Achieve the revenue growth & profitability to upscale the teamTo drive the sales targets for the team and build teams as per companys annual target and over all objectives.
To focus on Revenue & Profitability with achievement of target and Yield management.
To plan and execute various team level initiatives to ensure business momentum and direction.
To engage in new and innovative business planning activities to increase client acquisition and team profitability.
To monitor individual and team performance and take steps to improve productivity and correct deviations if any.
