Whatyoull do
As a ConciergeCoordinator youll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
Act as anadministrative support for the concierge team in replying to guest emailswriting confirmation letters and other administrative tasks
Be apoint ofreference for guests who need assistance or information andattend to their wishes and requirements
Answerthe phone and make reservations take and distribute messages or mail andredirect calls.
Runerrands for guests and management as requested.
Whenneeded support the sense of arrival teams in delivering guest parcels orluggage to the room or assist doormen at the front door
Create apersonalized and bespoke experience for all guests using our conciergeservices.
To have themind-set of anticipating guests needs and going above and beyond to exceedthem.
Participatein our Creative Meetings as well as Target Market Arrival Meetings
Use ourCRM-System by entering guest preferences and feedback
Be fullyaware of any VIP or repeat guests who are staying with us and personaliseservice accordingly.
Workcollaboratively as a team and help each other where necessary
The items shared are the essenceof a day in the life of a Concierge Coordinator but well make sure you areprovided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
The operational hours of work areshift-based and may be subjected to change. These currently set as:
Monday to Sunday 8h shifts 5days a week (40h per week) timings may vary
Whatyoull bring
Essential Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a ultra-luxuryhospitality environment
Good knowledge of London restaurantsshops sights theatres cultural venues
Strongverbal and written communication skills English is the primary language usedin our hotel.
