What youll be doing:
- Provide first point of contact for the responding to all groups and meeting enquiries via telephone and email
- Providing on-going customer relationship support
- Action and manage daily tasks
- Be aware of departmental targets and contribute to the success of the team rewarded via Incentives
- To provide hotel teams with all necessary information to ensure the customer has a great experience
We think youll thrive if you have:
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken English
- Previous background in hotel operations or reservations a benefit but not essential
- Previous Customer service experience beneficial but not essential
- Team player hands on attitude able to use own initiative to solve problems organised and efficient
- Have a great telephone manner
- Computer literate
- Good attention to detail
- High level of motivation determination and commitment
- Eligible to work in the UK
