As our Influencer & Social Growth Strategist youll combine strategic thinking with creative excellence. Youll scale our influencer marketing and grow our social media presence with a deep understanding of formats community dynamics and UGC. A role at the intersection of growth branding and relationships.
Your responsibilities include:Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and develop scalable content formats for Instagram and TikTok.
Systematically test new ideasformats hooklines editing stylesto drive organic growth.
Collaborate closely with our On-Camera Creator to translate learnings into action and establish efficient feedback loops.
Own reporting and insights sharing clear KPIs and optimization ideas with the wider team.
Identify creators who align with AMELIs values aesthetic and target audience. Manage outreach briefings and communication.
Negotiate partnerships and buyouts while coordinating content delivery and approvals.
Evaluate UGC for both quality and performance and manage its strategic usage.
Build and manage a structured Creator CRM and content library with performance tracking.
Develop our community-led programs (e.g. testimonials ambassador programs gifting/seeding strategies).
2 years of experience in social media strategy influencer marketing or creator management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable strategies.
Excellent communication skillsclear thoughtful and professional across DMs briefings and emails.
A sharp eye for visual storytelling and brand aestheticseven if youre not creating content yourself.
Confident working with tools like Google Sheets and platform analytics dashboards.
Fluent in German and Englishour content and creator communication happens in both languages.
