- Complete all accounts receivable tasks including processing of daily deposits daily customer invoicing and all collection calls/correspondence
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies communicating to internal and external customers
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and other various software as needed
- Organize financial data into usable information while maintaining updated and accurate records
- Complete all accounts receivable tasks including timely processing of vendor invoices for approval
- Reconciling vendor accounts monthly
- Ensure compliance with company procedures
- 2 years experience in Accounting preferably in Accounts Receivables
- Strong knowledge and experience with QuickBooks
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles laws and regulations
- Strong computer skills with emphasis in MS Excel to create charts manage spreadsheets and use advanced formulas
- Excellent analytical skills to effectively manage large amounts of data
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines
