WHAT IS THE ROLE

To be successful as a People& Training Partner on the Electric Shuffle Team you will be responsiblefor supporting the Director of People in the following:

People Partner Support

• Overseethe success of our recruitment and induction processes with venue managers
• Reviewand track induction feedback to ensure effective onboarding and trainingexperiences
• Partnerwith the People Director to track succession planning and talent developmentstrategies
• Trackand report quarterly coffee chats and ENPS with venue teams to build strongrelationships
• SupportEmployee Relations efforts in partnership with Director of People and venueteams

Training and Ops Support

• Organizeand oversee the success of our training program for BAU (and NVO when needed)
• Evaluatetraining effectiveness and gather feedback for innovative and continuousimprovements
• Communicateupdates to training modules and materials as needed
• Trackskills workshops initiatives and masterclasses for venue teams
• Supportoperational initiatives and standards in partnership with Director of Ops

Culture and Communications

• Championand execute wellness reward & recognition and culture initiatives acrossvenues
• Manageand communicate People programs and campaigns to drive engagement
• Supportthe coordination of company events celebrations and major milestones
• Actas a culture ambassador to reinforce Electric Shuffles values in allinteractions

People Administration

• Overseeessential People Department administrative needs including employmentverifications record maintenance and compliance tracking
• Supportwith reporting systems updates troubleshooting and audits as needed
• CoordinatePeople communications reminders and process updates
• Assistwith travel arrangements benefits coordination and general admin needs asrequired
• Updateand maintain all HR trackers and universal workbooks

WHATWERE LOOKING FOR

• 3years in a Human Resources Venue Operations and/or Training environmentswithin a hospitality or food & beverage environment
• Experiencemanaging venue teams is a strong plus
• Aquick learning mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive hands-onapproach
• Experiencesupporting multi-site operations with small to mid-sized teams
• Demonstratedtrack record of clear communication organizational skills and ability to workindependently
• Apassion for people and culture with the ambition to help build and shape aglobal brand
• Anaspiring leader looking to join a fast-growing company with a start-up culturethat allows you to set your own growth path and initiatives
• Resilience;consistently performing at a high level even under pressure
• Excellentinterpersonal skills and influencing skills across all levels of the businessand for making things happen
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office tools including Word Excel and PowerPoint
• Confidenceand ability to self-manage and prioritize when faced with multiple tasks. Always maintaining accuracy and composure
• Solutionsfocused; experience and confidence to recommend new ways of doing things toimprove the overall office environment
