Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Financial Reporting Analyst with deep expertise in Solver (BI360) and Microsoft Dynamics Financial modules (GP NAV or Business Central). This role is responsible for building and maintaining high-impact financial reports and models to support executive decision-making FP&A processes and financial compliance.
Youll lead efforts to optimize reporting workflows enhance visibility into financial performance and improve data integration across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of financial and operational reports using Solver (BI360) integrated with Microsoft Dynamics Financials (GL AP AR Budgeting).
- Serve as the in-house SME for Solver reporting and Dynamics data integration.
- Maintain and optimize reporting workflows ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Translate business and finance needs into scalable reporting solutions supporting budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.
- Oversee data integration between Dynamics and Solver including troubleshooting and enhancement.
- Partner with Finance Accounting and Executive teams to provide insightful analysis and reporting.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert (SME) on Solver configuration data models and reporting best practices.
- Support Solver upgrades enhancements and data warehouse optimizations.
- Provide mentorship to junior analysts and partner closely with IT Accounting and FP&A teams.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance MIS or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in financial reporting with 3 years of direct experience using Solver (BI360).
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Financial modules (GP NAV or Business Central).
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SQL data modeling and financial systems integration.
- Strong analytical communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work on-site 3 to 5 days per week in Chantilly VA.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a multi-entity environment.
- Familiarity with Power BI Jet Reports or other BI/reporting platforms.
- Solver certification and/or CPA/CMA designation is a plus.
