Job Description

Position Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to perform preventive and predictive maintenance on large industrial centrifugal chillers. Responsibilities include conducting refrigerant leak checks making necessary repairs and supporting the overall functionality of chiller systems. The position also involves learning and understanding the operation and diagnostics of chiller control panels to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Electrical knowledge Universal EPA 608 certification Experience with York and Carrier chillers Climbs ladders and lift over 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Always wear proper PPE in chiller plants

Preferred Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Computer skills and ability to perform basic functions on multiple software programs Daily use of Microsoft Office Experience with Maximo (work management system) Familiarity with Tims (timekeeping system)

Work Schedule
100% on site Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM
