As a hybrid Data & Business Analyst on our Assortment & Pricing team you will spend half your time building robust data models and pipelines (analytics engineering) and the other half directly using insights to improve our assortment & pricing strategy. Youre a business-minded problem-solver who speaks SQL fluently but who also thrives in stakeholder conversations turning analytical findings into action.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics Engineering (50%)
- Design develop and maintain scalable data models and transformations using DBT & BigQuery.
- Collaborate with Data Platform and other Analytics teams to integrate new data sources.
- Build and deliver interactive dashboards (Looker) that track KPIsbasket size category penetration margin communicate results to senior stakeholders
Business Analysis (50%)
- Ensure operational continuity: own the end-to-end process for keeping our assortment most relevant to customers and ensuring prices and delivery fees are accurate at all times triaging any anomalies to minimize impact.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on assortment pricing and promotion performance; surface actionable recommendations and ensure they are implemented.
- Lead strategic initiatives (e.g. pricing experiments assortment tests) from hypothesis definition through to impact measurement and cross-functional rollout.
Qualifications :
- Advanced SQL (BigQuery) with dbt proficiency a strong plus experience using BI tools (Looker Tableau PowerBI) to design dashboards and automated reports; familiarity with Python is a plus.
- Experience in a data-driven business environment (analytics business development BI or FP&A/Controlling).
- Proven track record of translating complex data insights into clear concise actions that drive business results.
- Comfortable managing both technical and non-technical stakeholders balancing priorities across functions.
- Self-starter who takes full ownership of projects end-to-end simplifies analytical concepts for any audience and thrives with a nothing-is-impossible mindset.
- Degree in Business Economics Econometrics or related; business-level English required German or Dutch fluency is a plus.
