Registered Dietitian Part-Time Binghamton NY
Nutrition That Works LLC is seeking a registered dietitianto support a retirement community in Binghamton NY.

Your AssignmentWill Include:
Provide individualized outpatient nutrition counseling for residents
Develop and implement nutrition care plans based on medical needs and preferences
Respond to nutrition consults from medical and nursing staff as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident wellness
Document assessments interventions and outcomes in electronic medical record system
Support initiatives that promote healthy aging and quality of life
- Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA
Requirements:
- Credentialed as aRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)through the CDR
- Must pass a pre-employment screening process including background and health checks
