Job Description
Are you a logistics-savvy professional with a passion for organization customer service and cars Our brand-new dealership is seeking a Loaner Fleet Manager to take the wheel of our courtesy vehicle program and keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the loaner vehicle fleet
- Manage vehicle assignments returns inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure prompt vehicle availability
- Monitor vehicle inventory mileage fuel levels and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer requirements
- Provide exceptional service to customers using loaner vehicles
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive service fleet coordination or transportation logistics
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Comfortable using dealership management systems (training available)
