The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced End-to-End Technical Program Manager to lead our clients complex modernization program. Please note: This is not a Scrum Master or Agile Champion role.

- Role: E2E TPM
- Experience: 10 years
- Work Location: Phoenix AZ
- Project Duration: 12 Month Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale programs end-to-end (E2E) coordinating across multiple impacted platform teams
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product leaders to track multiple modernization efforts
- Own and maintain program roadmaps
- Provide biweekly/monthly leadership updates including BURs
- Build and present executive-level dashboards
- Understand technical aspects of modernization sub-initiatives and link related dependencies and risks
- Manage project plans RAID logs and facilitate ART Syncs
Qualifications:
- Proven domain knowledge in Finance Regulatory and Compliance
- Proven experience in project management within a cross-functional environment
- Strong organizational communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while driving collaboration across teams
