Instruction in the Catholic faith Sacred Scripture and prayer are the foundation for this whole-person Applications Until FilledPrimary Responsibilities:Prepare daily lesson plans and teaching materials Model the Catholic faith and Gospel values for all students Maintain a warm nurturing and organized learning environment Communicate regularly with parents and families about their childrens learning Fulfill administrative duties (e.g. taking attendance attending staff meetings etc.) Monitor transitions lunch recess blocks and other coverages as needed Manage student behavior Evaluate each students progress Utilize formative and summative assessments to drive instructional planning monitor student learning and provide feedback to students Utilize educational technology and other innovative resources to drive student learning Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications - Candidates should have or possess:A shared dedication to the Catholic identity and mission of Holy Family Academy A love for working with students Strong communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with families and coworkersExperience with remote and online learning platforms such as Google Classroom and Zoom Note: Retired Public School Teachers Collecting Massachusetts Teacher Retirement Do not need to count hours working for a private candidates should send their cover letter and resume to Colette Goguen Principal via email at
