This position will be located at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
What You Will Do:
TheCoordinator Nursing Programscollaborates with key nurse leaders and front-line clinicians to lead direct coordinate and evaluate the design of key initiatives and projects that have a direct effect on professional practice nursing programs to achieve objectives and oversees and coordinates nursing programs or projects that create a positive image of Johns Hopkins Nursing meet strategic initiatives and fulfill the and/or facilitates the development of designated nursing and/or inter/intra disciplinary programs/projects in areas such as Professional Practice Education Research and Quality. Leads and participates on system-wide committees. Provides subject matter expertise to internal and external customers.
Who Should Apply:
- Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing is required. Applicants without the required degree may be considered per nursing guidelines. (Must be enrolled and matriculated in an MSN programat time of hire.)
- Three to five years of clinical nursing experience required with three years of interdepartmental program or project management experience strongly preferred.
- Current registered nurse licensure in the state of Maryland.
- Advanced skills in project and program management and coordination.

Salary Range: Minimum 46.57 per hour - Maximum72.18per will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
