Job Description

The House Manager provides oversight coordination and appropriate role modeling in a therapeutic environment that promotes the physical emotional and behavioral health of each student and assists them in developing adaptive life skills. The House Manager is responsible for providing on-site management in assigned residence including monitoring quality assurance staff training and development and scheduling of personnel. The House Manager is directly accountable to the Director of Residential Services who provides supervision and training. Due to the nature of the workflow and level of responsibility the House Manager maintains a flexible schedule.QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates degree in social work health human services education psychology or related field or 2 years of equivalent college experience plus (18) months of human service experience particularly with children and/or adolescents and (12) months supervisory experience in any field
  • High School diploma plus (36) months of human service experience particularly with children and/or adolescents plus (18) months of supervisory experience in any field preferred
  • Must maintain a valid drivers license
