Are you a high-energy detail-oriented professional who loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes Capital Ford in Raleigh is looking for an enthusiastic and organizedAutomotive Parts Specialistto join our team!
What Youll Do:
- Assist customers and technicians with parts needs quickly accurately and with a smile
- Manage parts inventory and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized
- Process orders returns and deliveries using our dealership systems
- Work closely with service and sales departments to keep operations flowing smoothly
- Provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced team-focused environment
What Were Looking For:
- Parts department experience preferred (automotive industry experience is a plus!)
- CDK system experience Even better!
- Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- A positive can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
