About The Role

Are you a recruiting professional who loves providing strategic guidance and insights to hiring managers leadership and other functions across the business If so then this position within our growing dynamic and global Talent Attraction team is for you! The Talent Attraction Advisor (TA Advisor) will work closely with Sector business leaders and the People eXperience (HR) teams to source attract engage and hire top talent for Platform Science. This position will work to build a strong working relationship with Platform Science hiring managers to understand their current and forecasted hiring needs and to develop short and long term talent attraction plans in partnership with their TA Business Partner. Candidates for this position will need previous experience recruiting for both technical engineering positions and non-technical positions in the areas of sales marketing product customer support and operations in order to effectively create strategies for engaging a diverse range of candidates on a regular basis. Were looking for a proactive recruiting professional who is eager to leverage a variety of candidate sourcing channels to attract and engage top talent.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders and hiring managers to strategize on hiring plans in order to develop role and skill-based recruitment strategies
  • Find top talent for Platform Science leveraging a variety of talent sourcing channels
  • Maintain a deep understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing methods
  • Partner with business hiring teams to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on the talent market and offer creative suggestions for optimizing the recruiting process and proactively identifying talent for key profiles
  • Provide premium candidate experiences that represent Platform Sciencesvalues
  • Proactively communicate the status of requisitions and quarterly TA initiatives and results
  • Leverage data and analytics to seek opportunities to optimize and drive results

Education and Experience

  • 5 years of TA/recruiting experience (agency or internal) with a recent role directly working closely with a team of hiring managers
  • B.S. Degree or applicable equivalent work experience
  • Prefer previous experience in a large company or or can demonstrate examples of effectively collaborating across a variety of dispersed teams
  • Comfortable working in a global team environment where youll be interacting with other TA partners and hiring managers in other regions
  • Ability to explain Platform Science value proposition articulating the companys Vision Mission and culture to help them connect to the companys purpose
  • Experience using reports and data to understand candidate pipelines and where there are opportunities to increase funnel activity

About Your Location

Under a flexible work arrangement (hybrid) this resource primarily works with the manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time worked in the office based on the position and the business need. Typically hybrid positions are 2-3 days per week in the office.

Travel Expectation
We have a hybrid working regime so expect presence in any of the European offices at least three days in a week. The role is primarily based in the Leuven office but regular visits to the Ieper office will be needed.
