You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailUW Credit Unions IT Applications Development team is hiring a dynamic IT Support Engineer II who loves tackling unique challenges with a growth mindset to support daily IT operations.
IT Application Development is a team of passionate professionals who deliver a diverse portfolio of technical solutions including high-performance web applications integrations and core financial systems that enable the credit union to deliver high quality financial products and services.
As the Support Engineer youll provide second-level support for our external software users and first-level support for our business partners. Your responsibilities will include monitoring support tickets diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with internal partners and collaborating with database administrators software engineers and DevOps to resolve problems quickly. Youll work in an Agile environment contributing to our iterative development process.
This is a great position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative and team-orientated environment and is confident in their ability to critically evaluate information and make connections between business and technology.
