Job Description
Posting:
We are seeking a Treasury Analyst II to join our Treasury Team. Bose Corporation is a research company dedicated to developing breakthrough technologies and quality products that enrich peoples lives.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor short term and long term domestic and international liquidity requirements
- Forecast and manage intercompany positions by coordinating with international colleagues
- Execute the foreign exchange hedging program in accordance with policy
- Perform month-end close entries and approvals as required
- Support year-end financial audit including footnote disclosures
- Coordinate bank/3rd party documentation requests
- Identify and implement process improvement needs
- Maintain relationships with our banking partners
- Perform/prepare wire transfers and intercompany bank transfers as needed
- Serve as cross-functional backup for other department duties including but not limited to: daily domestic and international cash management preparation of factoring proposals month end close and bank portal maintenance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (tax accounting legal and divisional finance) as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Treasury or the banking industry
- Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team with strong technical ability and customer orientation
- Strong presentation and communication skills both verbal and written
- Continuous improvement focused attention to detail and ability to organize and plan
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent multi-tasking follow-through and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on Excel
- Working knowledge of Bloomberg SAP and Power BI applications
Education: BS degree in Finance Accounting Economics or other quantitative major
