Job Description

Posting:

We are seeking a Treasury Analyst II to join our Treasury Team. Bose Corporation is a research company dedicated to developing breakthrough technologies and quality products that enrich peoples lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor short term and long term domestic and international liquidity requirements
  • Forecast and manage intercompany positions by coordinating with international colleagues
  • Execute the foreign exchange hedging program in accordance with policy
  • Perform month-end close entries and approvals as required
  • Support year-end financial audit including footnote disclosures
  • Coordinate bank/3rd party documentation requests
  • Identify and implement process improvement needs
  • Maintain relationships with our banking partners
  • Perform/prepare wire transfers and intercompany bank transfers as needed
  • Serve as cross-functional backup for other department duties including but not limited to: daily domestic and international cash management preparation of factoring proposals month end close and bank portal maintenance
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (tax accounting legal and divisional finance) as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Treasury or the banking industry
  • Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team with strong technical ability and customer orientation
  • Strong presentation and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Continuous improvement focused attention to detail and ability to organize and plan
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent multi-tasking follow-through and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on Excel
  • Working knowledge of Bloomberg SAP and Power BI applications

Education: BS degree in Finance Accounting Economics or other quantitative major
