Were looking for a Prototypical Project Designer who brings equal parts creativity technical expertise and forward-thinking curiosity someone ready to embrace the next chapter of design innovation with AI as a key tool in their process.
What Youll Do
- Lead portions of high-profile hospitality projects from concept through construction.
- Translate brand guidelines into compelling buildable design packages.
- Select and specify FF&E materials and finishes that balance aesthetics function and budget.
- Collaborate with vendors consultants and brand teams to maintain alignment and quality.
- Apply advanced AI tools to:
- Accelerate concept generation and visualization.
- Enhance design documentation accuracy.
- Streamline material research and brand compliance reviews.
- Mentor junior designers and guide team deliverables.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design or Architecture (CIDA- or NAAB-accredited).
- 6 years of professional design experience preferably in hospitality.
- Mastery of AutoCAD InDesign Photoshop and SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation specification writing (SPEXX a plus) and hospitality brand standards.
- A collaborative spirit and client-facing confidence.
- Curiosity and openness to integrating AI into your design toolkit.
