Home HealthCare Recruiter

in Exton PA

We have an exciting opportunity for a professional Home Healthcare Recruiter who enjoys working in a fast paced dynamic environment to join our progressive and dedicated team! We are looking for a hands-on self-starter with full cycle recruiting experience who can source and fill positions with little direction. The focus of this role is to source candidates for Home Healthcare Professionals including Home Health Aides CNAs RNs and Allied positions. YOU MUST have Home Healthcare Recruiting experience. ONLY candidates meeting ALL the requirements will be considered. We are located ONE hour outside Philadelphia.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for locations
  • Effectively recruit screen interview and assess qualified candidates to fill open positions
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills and experience related to position requirements
  • Develop comprehensive recruiting plans utilizing a variety of recruiting methods to generate interested candidates for our programs and locations
  • Source candidates through social media outlets including LinkedIn Facebook Indeed Career Fairs Open Houses Colleges and Networking (Trade Organizations Employees Candidates etc.) to build a pipeline of viable candidates
  • Maintain accurate applicant data through metrics reporting and internal programs and databases
  • Maintain strong and consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout recruiting process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare
  • Excellent analytical organizational computer communications and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Hiring Managers and Candidates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage and drive recruiting process

The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the Franchise Office. This will be achieved through the development of local recruiting plans employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. Interim HealthCare is looking for a self-driven high-energy individual to build a highly motivated team of non-medical staff and office staff. This full-time position is a rewarding opportunity to provide care in the homes of those who need it.

Responsibilitiesas necessary may include:

  • Work with the Franchise Owner and/or Branch Manager on recruiting planning meetings
  • Assist in the creation of job descriptions
  • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with management to determine theeffectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
  • Post openings in newspaper advertisements with professional organizations and in other position appropriate venues with approval
  • Utilize the Internet for recruitment. this includes posting positions to appropriate Internet sources; research new ways ofusing the Internet for recruitment; use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
  • Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable employer of choice reputation for the company both internally and externally
  • Communicate with employees and field staff regularly to establish rapport gauge morale and source new candidate leads
  • Attend local professional meetings and membership development meetings
  • Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates
  • Coordinate recruiting initiatives
  • Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition
  • Give presentations attend group meetings and increase awareness of the company before and after career fairs
  • Review applications to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews
  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Must be proficient in Hireology
  • Performing reference and background checks for potential employees
  • Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters
  • Assist in preparing and sending new employee orientation packages and on-boarding new hires

Requirements:

  • Experience with Recruiting healthcare recruiting a plus
  • General Knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Skills in database management and record keeping
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
  • Ability to travel for recruitment meetings college visits and career fairs and maintain a detailed record of all information gathered
