As a Supervisor of our groundbreaking Oxford Street West Mind Oasis store you will guide a transformative shopping experienceblending science-backed treatments with immersive design. Opening this November this concept redefines the way customers engage with wellbeing and luxury. Your vision and leadership will ensure every visitor experiences a moment of pause breath and reconnection in their everyday lives. Being a Rituals Expert means being a lead sales advisor with ambitions of expanding your professional skill set in luxury retail and cosmetics!
Youll be working alongside your Store Manager Assistant Store Manager and Rituals Advisors to reach your personal goals and goals for your store. Youll interact directly with customers to ensure an optimal customer experience and youll mentor and support Rituals Advisors.

High on energy low on ego and with a little bit of humour!
You are one of a kind because your ability to mentor your team members and connect with customers so everyone feels at home in our addition as Rituals Expert you are professional and excited about our brand and know how to share that excitement with your team members and our customers!
On top of that you have:
- Prior experience as a supervisor or Team Leader within retail or hospitality.
- Strong motivation to reach performance targets.
- A customer-service mentality and team-players work ethic
- Decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Eye for detail organised and structured.
