About us

About the role
As a People and Culture Advisor youll be the driving force behind human resource functions collaborating closely with Westhavens management team. Your pivotal role will contribute to organisational change projects ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Key responsibilities
Coach and guide management on people management matters
Develop workforce planning and retention strategies
Drive employee relations and engagement
Promote and Uphold Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives
Foster leadership development
Contribute to policy procedure and practice development and review
To be on the forefront of this opportunity you will:
Showcase advanced problem-solving confidence and emotional intelligence
Possess contemporary knowledge of HR policies and practices
Excel in relationship management and influencing skills
Demonstrate familiarity with employment legislation and Employer of Choice practices
Be a team player with meticulous attention to detail and a systems-oriented approach.
Highly desirable attributes include:
Qualifications or significant transformational experience in human resources training mediation diversity strategies or workplace investigations
AHRI membership
Essential requirements of the role:
A current NSW Drivers licence
The ability to obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
The ability to obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
