Job Description

Our Assistant Underwriter will be supporting our Branch Manager and our Brokers in processing and supporting with underwriting tasks.
You will be responsible for:
- Provide underwriting support to Brokers ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines and standards.
- Preparing quotations for renewals and manage ongoing endorsements.
- Engage and follow up with Brokers to understand underwriting requirements addressing concerns and resolving issues to enhance customer experience.
- Keep up to date with industry best practices by participating in business related industry forms and working groups.
Skills & Experience:
- Retail (or similar) and/or Office Based experience is preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment is essential.
- Customer-focused mindset and a team player.
- Motivated with a strong work ethic.
