Seeking Terraform Azure & DevOps SMEs

Whats the role

An exciting opportunity is available for engaging and highly experienced Cloud DevOps Engineers - Azure to complement the Infrastructure Platform Hosting Services team.

You will play a critical role in the design development and maintenance of technical solutions on public cloud platforms. This role ensures that detailed design implementation and operational activities are aligned with business and technical requirements.

Additionally you will produce detailed service designs technical specifications and automation solutions across cloud patterns and platforms ensuring all components are built and maintained to a high standard.

What do I need

• Deep practical working experience (e.g. ideal minimum of 5 years) in a dynamic DevOps capacity focusing on Azure technologies (Azure cloud certification is highly preferred).
• Solid experience in one or more DevOps automation tools Terraform BitBucket Jira Jenkins.
• Advanced experience in IaC and infrastructure management tools Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong knowledge in scripting and developing tools including - Bash/Shell Ruby JSON Python NodeJS JavaScript.
• Experience in developing CICD pipelines Jenkins Artifactory.
• Adept at troubleshooting Azure technologies and across multiple consumption models (e.g. IaaS PaaS and SaaS).
• Agile methodologies Scrum Kanban Lean XP SAFe TDD BDD customer centric design.
• Customer engagement relationship development requirements gathering and delivery planning & scheduling.
• Good technical skills and quick to learn new technologies while helping the team improve through clear communication and teamwork.
• Highly engaging interpersonal skills and able to build credible working relationships with peers and stakeholders at all levels of business.
