Corporate & Institutional Banking Development Program Analyst/Associate Tax Credit Solutions

Tax Credit Solutions falls under PNCs Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) Division. PNC is one of the largest U.S. banks with $562 billion in assets and $421 billion in deposits. Tax Credit Solutions is a leading provider of capital and financial services for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit New Market Tax Credit and Historic Tax Credit real estate owners developers and investors across the U.S. Our capabilities include acquisition construction and permanent financing for all property types financed with federal or state LIHTC NMTC and HTCs. PNC Tax Credit Solutions focuses on growing and maintaining client relationships both our developer and institutional investor clients.
All analysts hired into Tax Credit Solutions will be a part of the C&IB Development Program. In addition to structured training within the line of business this program includes enterprise-wide and C&IB-specific classroom training that is both soft-skill and technical.
Incoming analysts are initially hired into and train in Louisville KY for the first 12 - 18 months. Placement out of the program could be throughout the United States in to one of our larger markets including but not limited to: Louisville KY; Portland OR; or Pittsburgh PA.

Participates as an analyst/associate in the line of business development program.
Performs or assists the core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results (e.g. deal sales process support internal or external customer interaction or supporting internal projects). Works under supervision and may have limited approval and/or exception authority.
Participates in social learning within the organization (e.g. identifies and networks with business representatives and peers participates in mentoring job shadowing and community outreach).
Participates in formal learning (e.g. classroom web-based or virtual) and completes related activities and projects.
Supports the internal and external customer experience by providing excellent service at all times; takes accountability and ensures problem resolution.
Required Education and Experience:
Preferred business relevant majors (e.g. Finance Accounting IT Economics Marketing Math Statistics HR Management Communications Business Law Psychology Logistics Engineering Computer Science Actuarial Sciences).
Minimum GPA 3.0.
Roles at this level are filled by recent university / college graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills. Includes individuals joining the organization through a corporate development/training program.
