Assist in the maintenance of a safe and orderly school environment for students and staff.
- Maintain a safe environment for students staff and visitors
- Provide assistance and support for students health and behavior related needs.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; and/or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge skills and abilities to perform the above described duties.
- AA degree or the completion of a combination of district training programs experience and course work of an equivalent nature and level to perform the requirements of the work. Ability to attain Highly Qualified Status within the first 6 months of employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar or like position
- Graduate of an associates degree or higher in Child development human development learning behavioral management or a related area.
